This listing is for a finely crafted teak 9 bottle wine rack. The rack is in the style of the Nissen Langaa Danmark teak wine racks. I could not find th mark but the style appears identical. The Rack features long teak rods connected by wood pins to form the cube of wine slots. As seen in the photos wine bottle nestle gently into the available 9 slots.

This listing is for a lot of 4 jadeite mugs by Fire King. The bottoms are stamped in the glass: Oven Fire King Ware Made in USA. The mugs have a D handle. They have the following numbers on the bottoms (I believe these are glass mold numbers): 4, 6, 11, 30.

Condition:: Really clean on the insides— no scratches from use. One mug has a minor flea bite on the rim (very possibly just a rough spot from a bubble during manufacture). The mugs do have textured lines from how the hot glass was injected & pressed into the molds (see photos), as well as minor bubbles/ inclusions from the same process. Some of the lines have discoloration in them.

This listing is for a rare early Peter Pots covered Casserole. This mini casserole is a uniquely small size casserole from the legendary Rhode Island pottery studio. This example is a version of the Seagulll Blue color scheme. It is stamped PPKK clearly on the base. This mark was briefly used right after the move to Kingston and stands for Peter Pots Kingston Kilns and was used to delineate the production kiln while Peter Pots was still in the process of moving.

This listing is for a beautiful pottery mixing bowl created by the artist Walt Glass. The bowl has a colorful design, with sections of blue, navy, orange, yellow, and red— like a vivid Texas sunset. Great juxtaposition of glaze textures, with some more matte and some more shiny. Great drippy, shiny red section in the middle. It is signed "Glass" on the base.

His unique pottery was collected by dignitaries from around the world, including the Queen of England, Ronald Reagan, and other notables, as well as being featured by San Antonio’s sister city in Japan. Mr. Glass passed away in 2016.

The poster features two gallery names Georgetown Graphics Gallery in Washington DC and Nouvelle Gravure in Paris. The exhibition titled Gravures ran through May of 1971. THe poster features Krystyna's distinctive intaglio print style in a unique work on the poster itself. The relief in the impression is clearly visible in the poster.

Krystyna Smiechowska (born 1935) is a Polish painter. She is recognized for her intaglio prints and lithographs, often drawing inspiration from ancient maps, inscriptions, and Slavic manuscripts from the High Middle Ages. Her work is included in the collections of the Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec and the Portland Museum of Art.

However, I cannot find another image of this exact watch anywhere.

Condition: in good used condition, with some minor signs of wear. Some possible loss to the clay, but not sure if it’s simply from the way the handmade pottery was finished.

This listing is for an original oil painting by Susan B Howard. The painting bears the original paper label on the back and is titled “The Comedy Is Over”. This is a smaller painting at 6in square. It is signed on the front. The painting depicts a fantastical creature wearing a jester hat among a fantasy landscape.

Well known for her intricate oil paintings, Howard creates dense populations of imaginary creatures fraught with color and texture. By etching into many layers of paint, she crafts a very personal visual language. The fanciful yet familiar residents in her imagery chatter and interact in their Technicolor landscapes. Often humorous but never silly, these works also reflect the artist’s concern for our environment and the health of our planet. Her art is a peek into a better world she wants us all to share. Howard invites us into this world to “talk with the animals”.

Howard earned her M.F.A. from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. Her work is included in several private and public collections, including The State Museum of Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and WHYY-TV12. The artist was chosen to provide the artwork for a new book by Lexie Brockway Potamkin entitled “What is Love, Messages from the Heart”. She is also featured in “100 Mid-Atlantic Artists”.

Some small losses to the paint on the front as seen in the photo, painting is stable and presents well. Pieces by Howard do not come to market very often!

This listing is for a framed, completed crewel made from the McNeill SuperStitchery Kit #5101 Owl Family. It depicts 3 whimsical owls with differing facial expressions, all created using thick yarn. It is stretched and framed. Large size at just over 19 inches x just over 23 inches. Likely from the 1970s or early 1980s.

Condition: this is a vintage, completed piece of textile art and does have some wear / inconsistencies. The loose yarn can be pushed into place to mostly cover these pulls. Overall, presents very nicely!

This listing is for a handwoven Yupik Alaskan Native seagrass lidded basket. This basket has a very tight weave and a well-fitted lid that locks into place when inserted due to the high quality craftsmanship. The basket features a geometric pattern as well as bird designs. The exterior has some minor color loss due to age/exposure to light. The interior shows the original colors and design very clearly. Stands about 12" tall to the lids handle. The opening is 8" and the basket is around 11" at the widest point.

Condition: The basket is in very good condition for its age. Has a slightly perfumed smell to the interior. No major breaks or losses to the weaving. Some light discoloration on the exterior as stated above.

This listing is for a vintage table or accent lamp made of ceramic, glazed with a shiny green / gray / blue colored glaze with very slight iridescence. The label on the neck is dated 09/04 (September 2004). Foam on the bottom protects surfaces from scratches.

Really unique square shape! Very architectural / geometric design, seemingly inspired by postmodernism or retro design. Seems to be a unique piece as I can’t find another like it.

Condition: in good used, fully functional condition. Ceramic is in tact (some swirls in the glaze may look like cracks in the photos— they’re just swirls). I’ve placed a piece of tape around the neck of the lamp to hold the shade higher— you can easily remove this, or replace the shade if it’s not your style. Gentle wear to the shade / ceramic finish as to be expected from its age.

This listing is for a pair of stunning chrome eye ball desk lamps. These lamps feature iconic atomic 60s design with a chrome ball at the end of a finely bent tube. The cord exits the end of the bent tube the lamps sit on. Lamp is turned on with an inline flip switch on the cord. Each lamp stands about 16 inches tall.

Condition:

In good working order. Minimal wear mostly on the bases. No major dents.

This lamp shade clips directly on the bulb (no need for a harp). It has an adorable textured outer fabric with images of smiling suns, smiling crescent moons, and stars.

Condition: in vintage condition, with discoloration / yellowing from age. The shade has some minor discoloration / transfer marks from perhaps rubbing against a wall, and some scuffing. I have not tried removing it. Less apparent when illuminated!

This listing is for a very hard to find IKEA Brotorp banker’s lamp style accent / table lamp. The lamp has a green glass shade which illuminates beautifully! Bronze colored metal base and adjustable arm. Very heavy and sturdy at almost 10lbs!!

This listing is for a gorgoeus handcrafted Stained Glass luminary by Sankora Studios. These one of a kind plug in lights are designed and produced by R.C. Sanford in Ohio. This piece is one of their smaller lamps standing 9 inches tall and 4 inches square. The Stained glass sheets are hand cut and removable so you can replace them with a different stained glass color if you desire. Construced by hand from Walnut and Cherry wood. This listing is for a Mele brand vintage locking jewelry box. It has a gold clasp on the front allowing it to be locked with the original key included. Discolored cream exterior with gold details, red velvety material on the inside drawers, and snowflake pattern on the inside top silky material.

When you open the top, the drawer automatically slides open! 3 tiers for tons of jewelry storage. Would make a beautiful anniversary gift to hold family heirloom jewelry!

Condition: the jewelry box is fully functional, opens easily, and includes the original key. The box itself is highly discolored from age — I’ve cleaned it, but it is still yellowed (originally a cream color, but yellowed with age). There are some stained spots, and some damaged spots in the outer material (see top for circular damage mark). Some discoloration marks on the inside from the way the hinges move. Some wear / marking on the inside fabrics & drawer lining.

Stunning vintage midcentury modern table lamp made of two-tone white and pink marble. The wiring is original and in working condition, felt bottom and no maker’s mark (possibly created by the Vermont Marble Company). A few small flea bites in the marble (see photos), but presents beautifully for its age!
